For homeowners looking for limited inspection and maintenance services, our General Services package is ideal. Should our routine inspections yield any need for repairs, we will inform you promptly so that you may independently contract for the maintenance call to be made at your convenience.

  • Release keys to preferred vendors
  • Limited pre-storm preparedness
  • Post-storm inspection
  • Inspect for forced entry and vandalism
  • Check smoke detector operation
  • Check for faucet leaks
  • Flush toilets
  • Inspect A/C filters
  • Inspect water heater, water meter and electric meter
  • Monitor yard upkeep
  • Rodent and pest control check
  • Monthly written report
